We really enjoy our stay and we can see ourselves coming back some day soon.

We would like to see more vegan options for those of us who don't eat meat or dairy products. Please have them look into alternatives to diary (Almond Milk, Walnut Milk, Coconut Oil, Soy free Options for dessert, etc).

The construction noise, and lack of vegan options at times. (Although, they did accommodate us when the requests were made)

I was very impressed with the staff for going above and beyond. I want to thank each of the following ppl personally for the outstanding service we received. We were there for a bachelorette party of 13 girls and the staff made the experience special and wonderful. Margarita - the hostess at La Plaza. She was the sweetest, and was always so welcoming with a big smile always ready to greet us. Jessica - she took amazing care of us the night we celebrated our dinner and my sister, the bachelorette. Thank you Jessica for putting up with us! Fabiola Rosas- I cannot say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond to make our dinner special and decorated our table to make the event feel like a wedding. Thank you Fabiola for making this an epic and memorable experience. Tania at the Spa- I cannot thank you enough for taking such good care of all of us girls. ️ we felt completely relaxed and stress free. The entire staff was amazing and I will miss them. You guys made Hyatt Ziva feel home away from home.

We had the most amazing time and are already booking our next stay next year to bring more family

The food was all great, we tried every restaurant and room service. The buffet had a great selection of food which was nice to just run in and grab a bite. The other restaurants had wonderfully tasting food, Zaffiro has such a beautiful view especially at night to hear the water and see the stars and the food was exceptional. The pool was always clean and we enjoyed all the pool side activities that made the day so much more fun especially for the entire family. We participated in the exercise at the pool and the games. Monica who did a lot of the pool side activities is a great entertainer, she got everyone involved and made it that much more fun. Rooms are clean and comfortable, we couldn't hear the wedding parties once the doors were closed. Employees are so kind and helpful!!!

It was so incredible food are Great and the beach view are the best.

All inclusive and the beach view. Pool side and also Coffee shop all inclusive! I'm a coffee lover so this is so perfect for me!. Bartender are very friendly.

Some staff are very rude but not all of them.

Enjoyed our stay but not thrilled with room.

Staff were great at all locations. Really attentive and helpful.

This was repeat visit. Room this time was not as in past. Smaller. No hot water in shower. Room service failed to daily water daily with room clean.

Food was ok

Food, rooms could have been bigger for the cost, and they never brought face towels! That I requested doing the whole stay. Should have alcohol in the room like other resorts have.

Great location, super safe, beautiful resort.

All the pools were great! Have a personal concierge was amazing! Did not not have to wake super early to get a pool chairs.

Pool service and Pool bar service not great. Reserved a swim up room, but pool had limited sun.

We enjoyed celebrating our aunts 70th & mine and my twin sisters 40th birthdays, as well as ringing in the new year

Everything was wonderful from the Food, Adult only pool, wait staff (Yesenia and Marco!) and María at the taco bar, the comfort of our room and room views, the activities at the main pool and especially the NYE production, show, fireworks and set up with ample staff to serve drinks! It was a great party & the 90s theme was fire!!

The floors echo fairly badly so you could hear everything in the hallways especially early in the morning when we were hoping to sleep in. It was mainly kids who were just excited for the day. Note: our room was directly next to the elevator. The gym was rather small for the size of the resort and was always super packed. Maybe offer more classes outside of the gym. I hate I missed the trampoline class. I saw it when I was stretching and it was full but looked super fun. We made NYE dinner reservation for our party of 10 (which costed extra $140pp) and we had taken the last 10 spots (paid in advance). We show up at 7pm for our reservation only to be told they over booked. We were pushed to another restaurant with a private room (which was great but the food was NOT!) and we’re told we would be refunded the difference for the seats reserved for the NYE show (which has not happened yet). We were also told we would still be able to order lobster but when we arrived were told it was extra charge which I felt was totally unfair. The seats they reserved us for the NYE show did help make up for this mishap but I still felt we shouldn’t have been charged. I’m still waiting on a call regarding my refund.

Great place to stay!

The breakfast buffet is really good, has fresh made to order eggs or omelets. The juice bar out by the beach has fresh made veggie/ fruit juice- a great way to start the day. The restaurants were good, and the Japanese hibachi was so much fun! Our chef was the best ever! All inclusive, lots of good food and drinks. Our favorite was the mango margarita. The night shows were great! What talent! The dancers were amazing, and also the resident singer who sang at the upstairs bar and also for some of the night shows. We didn’t have children with us, but there were several families at the resort with small children. They’ve really expanded the children’s program, lots of activities in the day and early evenings. But the very best thing is the location. Right on a beautiful beach. The turtles come here to nest in the winter, so if you get out at sunrise you’ll be sure to see the baby turtles making their way to the ocean. It’s just a short taxi ride to downtown San Jose, a fun shopping village with several good restaurants. Also, the Hyatt Ziva has many excursions to choose from. We did the glass bottom boat out to the arch in Cabo, and also the whale watching trip. Which was absolutely amazing! We saw several momma and baby whales.

Both the main pools were way too cold to swim in, which meant everyone was trying to crowd into the two beachfront hot tubs. The adult pool was open, but still a little on the cool side. Not many choices at the buffet for people who can’t have gluten. Also, not many vegetarian entrees. I really wish they would start the night shows earlier. They start at 8:45, but had the kids part of the program first. A lot of people would leave early, and I felt bad for the talented artists performing to a near empty theater

Love It! But I Hope It Could Improve Further ;)

1. Beautiful and well designed facility. 2. The spa was really nice. 3. Quite a few restaurants. Overall food quality was good. 4. Staff was friendly.

1. The buffet has a very limited variety of foods and quite repetitive. That is, of course, when compared to other similar experiences I had. 2. One of the restaurants was undergoing renovation. I didn't know when I booked. 3. Some "corner" areas are visibly ugly: for example, the management probably expected everybody to take the elevators. However, in the building I lived in, if you took the stairs, you would see a lot of stuff lying around randomly. What are the "stuff", you ask. I think some of them were like building material some of them looked like personal belongs of the employees there.

Almost everything, and I say "almost" because there's no shadows at the pools I know is a pool, but we kids and sun were super hot and burning, and for that you had to pay like 100 to 200. Everything else was great
